One Wing, One Wind

Synchronized for Success

The 2026 EMSS Workshop brings together faculty and staff across Enrollment, Marketing and Student Success for a day of connection, collaboration and professional growth. Centered on the theme One Wing, One Wind, this year’s workshop focuses on the power of moving in sync while recognizing the unique strengths each person brings to the division.

Through keynote conversations, breakout sessions, team-building discussions and shared moments of celebration, participants will explore how adaptability, trust, emotional intelligence, innovation and personal expertise help EMSS continue to soar as one unified team.

Workshop Overview

This year’s theme reflects the momentum created when individuals, teams and departments move together with purpose. Like eagles flying in formation, EMSS succeeds when each person understands their role, supports the people around them and helps create the shared lift needed to serve students, families and the university community.

The workshop will include a keynote panel, interactive breakout sessions, lunch discussions, awards and opportunities to connect with colleagues across the division.
