How We Measure Progress

A plan built to be measured.

Performance Excellence connects the strategic plan to daily work. Each goal has defined key performance indicators. Leadership scorecards, quarterly tasks and employee engagement action plans help teams track their work, while feedback from the University community informs ongoing improvement.

Results are reported by the offices responsible for the work and shared annually.
